Gastrotaberna doesn't offer any vegetarian options in their menu. That is surprising since the global warming is a fact and yet this place doesn't support sustainable cuisine. Prices are high as for a restaurant in Getafe. In the end a manager came and offered me an equivalent salmon dish, but without the pork (?) based marinade. I agreed to that since I didn't wanted to bother my friends and we were tired and hungry. The lady admitted that September doesn't offer any seasonal vegetables, so they couldn't offer me more choices, unlike they supposedly do in other months of the year (?). The salmon from the menu is coming without any side things, so I asked for baked potato's and I got some french fries in style of MacDonalds. To me it seems overpriced.

Really yummy food. I especially liked the pig ears. They make it their own way, with a roll of crispy dough and the ears inside. The owner is super friendly.

Cozy and charming place. Careful and extensive menu with very elaborate seasonal dishes and very good processed products. Very good presentation and better flavor. We were the whole family and still, no mistake. Everything at its point, to everyone's taste and on time. Apart from the food, I must mention and highlight the treatment of the staff and the waiter, who was very professional and charming. Resolving any doubts we had. They also have an extensive wine list and they have a craft beer that is very delicious. They give you an olive appetizer. We didn't try the desserts but I promise to come back and try them. I recommend it 100%.

A discovery in Getafe, specifically in the El Casar area. It is a small but very cozy restaurant, run by very friendly and attentive people. The gastronomic offer is very original and varied. We had to share a sticky rice with partridge that was exquisite. For the main course we had fish, specifically grilled squid and grilled turbot loin. Very well presented and on point. To top it all off, spectacular cheesecake, in addition to being homemade. A highly recommended site with very acceptable quality and price.

We have had the opportunity to try the cuisine of this gastrotavern and we have been delighted. The food is spectacular, both quality, quantity, and price. The service was impeccable, with great care and always honestly recommending quantities for the 4 of us who went. The place is cozy and the living room and toilets are impeccable. I only took some photos of the starters, then we also had a delicious entrail (with HOMEMADE fries) and some delicious squid with noodles. The desserts are amazing. Recommended without a doubt, we will return.
